How to update the firmware of my product?

To update the firmware of your Clim8® product, follow the instructions below:

1. Make sure you have a good internet connection and open the Clim8® app.

2. Open the product page and click on the settings icon in the top right corner.

3. Click on “Update”.

4. If an update is available, it will start downloading automatically. The LED on the Clim8® module on the product will blink quickly.

5. Please wait until the end of the update, without removing the batteries!

If a problem occurs and the update has not been completed, please follow one of the following procedures:

1. Unplug, then plug in your batteries and restart the update.

2. If this doesn’t work, disconnect the batteries, close completely the Clim8® app (Android or iOS), open it again, connect the batteries and try again.
