The Clim8® app is not working properly on my phone

You can reset the Clim8® app by following this procedure:

1. Log out of the Clim8® app, at the bottom of the Profile page

2. Close the app completely. Check how to do this on Android or iOS

3. On Android only (important!): clear the cache and erase data from the Clim8® app. Check how to

5. Download the latest version of the Clim8® app by clicking here
